Staffordshire Day

‘Behind the Scenes’ down on the farm – PLAY@ Lower Drayton Farm

Saturday 30th April to Monday 2nd May 2022

To help mark Staffordshire Day – which celebrates all our amazing county has to offer – we’ll be hosting a weekend to really celebrate our being awarded Enjoy Staffordshire’s New Tourism Business of the Year 2021/22!

Alongside all the usual PLAY@ fun – including our HUGE indoor playbarns, outdoor adventure play and friendly animals to meet you’ll:

👨‍🌾 Learn all about our ideas for the future and have a chance to offer your feedback

👨‍🌾 Hop on the tractor and trailer ride  to our renewable energy plant; showcasing Farmer Ray and Farmer Richard’s commitment to playing an active role in cutting carbon emissions

👨‍🌾 Get up close to our tractors and other farm machinery in the ‘Meet the Machines’ zone

👨‍🌾 Get your face painted and join in some fun farm-themed games on the outdoor football pitch

👨‍🌾 Have the chance to WIN a return family ticket if you dress as a ‘Farmer for the Day’ – the best fancy dress each day will be awarded the prize
