Home Education Sessions

Calling all home educators across Staffordshire and the West Midlands!

We are running exciting weekly sessions each offering a different educational activity lined to farming every Monday morning during Staffordshire school term time.

All Home Education session activities are planned by a qualified teacher with several years’ Primary teaching experience; drawing on seasonal farming-related topics that link into the STEM curriculum to support your child’s at-home learning. The sessions are mainly aimed at KS1 and KS2 aged pupils, but content can be tailored to suit older and younger children, with SEND families welcome to join in the learning in a fun, inclusive atmosphere.

The activities start at 11am and will last approx 2 hours
There will be a practical session (outdoors, weather allowing) followed by a break for lunch and then a classroom activity. Arrive anytime between 10am & 11am; your session duration is 3 hours.

Why not join us at 10.30am for ‘Brew Monday’?
Grab a tea or coffee from Honeypots Café and chat to other Home Educating adults while the kids explore our huge indoor playbarn for half an hour?

Planning on joining us regularly?
Check out our great value memberships which include FREE entry to Home Education sessions. Members booked on to this session can stay all day.

Based just 1 mile of J13 of the M6 between Penkridge and Stafford, we’re ideally placed for Home Educators travelling from Stoke, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Telford and across Staffordshire and The West Midlands.
